Overall a welcomed plan
Casuarina removal should continue to be a priority and replaced with cedars. The proposed bathroom location is not a great location for ease of cleaning so would recommend it at the top near the old ballroom. Local vendors should be permitted in the building being refurbished. The cliff remediation should extend around to Deep Bay as they are connected and both in need of desperate attention. WE have already lost too much of he cliffs due to neglect
There is a cat colony cared for by CATS Bermuda that should be permitted to stay and I did not see mention of it in the plans. The gates being locked should be taken seriously as over the summer months there is great danger with vehicles driving down the foot path without any care for others, and the cars park on the grass killing it and creating mud. There should also be a lifeguard there during summer months as it is a very popular place for locals and visitors.
