Affordable Housing

everyone is focused on lower rents, but no one is taking the expense of housing upkeep into consideration. With Mortgage rates, land tax, house insurance and general maintenance SO much more expensive than it was 3 years ago it makes it impossible to charge tenants a reasonable rent.

I am trying my best to keep my rents low, but I have no choice but to raise it by 20% once the current lease expires.

Homeowners are suffering as well living on this extra expensive island.
