I have lived here for over Two years, so, that I know of, the drainage cover On the right side of the one way street, One Lane Hill to Cavendish.
This is extremely careless for the city to keep ignoring! Someone has even made a sign explaining to problem! I see cops speed up this hill day in and day out! All ignore this problem!
