Please clear the backlog and allow more cases to reach Supreme Court. Allow Judges to do this for a limited time span. Do not make it a permanent change in the criminal process.
More Bermudians must have their criminal cases reach Supreme Court! Judge only trials can be for less egregious crimes that can be quickly remedied. Too many Bermudians are being denied justice. Turned away because of the backlog and pressure in the selection process.
Treason or murder/rape trials must always be by jury of 12.
