Re introduce furloughs for civil service , quangos and arms length bodies such as Wedco BCAA BTA BDA etc equivalent to 20% for those earning $130k and above 10% for those below.
ask exempt companies to donate more laptops for public schools.
re open take outs /restaurants for delivery /curbside pick up social distanced in person pick up.
add groceries stores workers as essential person who need testing! They interact with the public every day .
