Or even use taxis for delivery of take out services. Use strict social distancing measures inside the restaurant.

This is a mystery based on the science. How is picking up a restaurant order, or having a pizza delivered a risk to me or the community. If I can pick up my groceries from A-1, why not a fish dinner from Speciality? I am not aware of any real-world-based study that indicates that there is a substantial risk of contagion involved it take-out or delivery of food. If there is some information about this (except a lot of hypothetical, low probability extrapolation) then put it front and centre. So many Bermudians could have at least some productive activity if this were allowed.
