Employment Act, Needs a (covid19) Risky Job Amendment

Recently a series of low paid, front line jobs, have become very risky within covid19. The Employment Act, needs an amendment, to allow pay adjustments according to risk associated to Covid19 exposure. An example of this is a chamber maid who is paid minimum wage. However they are exposed daily to hundred of people's personal space on every shift. Their pay should reflect the risk they are taking, especially if they are working for a large company.
