Consideration should be given to granting Bermudian Status to High Networth Individuals. These individuals must be required to contribute a stipulated amount to the island's public education or social service sector. They should be allowed to purchase property within the highest ARV bracket only and be subject to something akin to KYC legislation to avoid money laundering or other financial criminal activity.

Disagree! What is considered High Worth, people who have come to Bermuda started from nothing Up graded and don't want to go home and Don't spend Money. We are All High Worth in our own Way. Where you High worth before you started to work in Bermuda!
We are not as Big as Trinidad We have an Over population of Alienation with jobs and Status, of about 20,000 or more in a Country of 21x2 Miles what more you want. What about the Bermudians with the One Blood stream with Children going to Have. Half of these people don't Speak or Spend.
Tell me something, why do people have more problems in there Country and Complaining and Dictating in another persons Country. Be Appreciated and Thankful to have the Opportunity of the Up Grade from Bermuda and Build somewhere Else.
You have Our Jobs Now, Now you want Property, I tell you the more you get the more you Want! Nough Sad!

@kimalene Ingham I'm pretty sure it meant high "net" worth, which is usually defined as someone with more than $1million in liquid assets. But in the case of granting status, the "Ultra-high-net-worth" individuals would be the target (people with a net worth of at least $30million.)
Its definitely a consideration, however, I believe it would ultimately make Bermuda even more unaffordable for the average Bermudian, and force even more to leave the island. Its a catch-22 at this point.
