If you're gonna restore it to its former glory and keep it up to standards

I would say rebuild the building and add on what you need to add on which shouldn't be a lot or too much. Add everything that the people have applied here because they're all good ideas not one of them is a terrible idea but also make it whereas people who don't mind or are willing or heck, even if you have to pay them, which would be a nice way to give some jobs to your local Bermudians. I have like some security or stuff like that I mean hey do you want more people to take care of these parks why not a person who likes gardening or wants safety of people you know or people that just live in the area? I don't want to go too far you never know.
