By allowing greater work permit freedom for IB employees and other controlled industries we will creat a larger tax paying work force. An Increased IB workforce will encourage greater AIR LIFT and encourage more TOURIST activity. This in turn will increase Bermudian employment opportunities. An increased IB workforce will greatly increase use of rental properties, restaurants and other Bermuda businesses. I am pleased to see Government actively endeavoring to increase our tax paying workforce.
