(1) As a landlord, that has both RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL tenants, It would be helpful to have samples of what is needed for both RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL leases with the minimum requirements. I had a real estate agent that had a sample of RESIDENTIAL LEASE requirements and you all did have samples of what is needed when a tenant is lax in rents, etc. PLEASE HAVE THE FULL SAMPLES AVAILABLE for both landlord and tenant. In dealing with lawyers (they are too expensive) as this will help me as a landlord since I cannot afford such lawyers.
(2) Second, there should be one standard cost for the RESIDENTIAL LEASE and a standard cost for the COMMERCIAL LEASE. I lost a lot of money (government fee based upon the length & rent charged) soon after I leased the commercial part of my property due to non-payment of rents since government got "there cut." I was not happy having to kick them out.
