Legalize Marijuana

It is past time to legalize marijuana and stop wasting money on all of those other silly steps towards it. Government should also open up opportunities for those new and old 'entrepreneurs' to be trained in the basics of farming the product, running a legal business as well as the fine details of their product. In visiting stores in Canada and Europe, there seems to be a lot of diversity in the product and variety in the modes of selling it to the public so knowing the business and product side is very important. It should become an opportunity for those who have been historically denied opportunities or purposely targeted in Bermuda but Government must first vet and then invest in the education of those entrepreneurs in order to reap the economic benefits from the trade. The preparation re: education should start post haste. Economic benefits to the country would come from local sales as well as farming for export. .The legalization of marijuana would also help to build our tourist industry. Persons who have not visited because of our laws may well reconsider visiting.
