Mandatory Safety Protocol
From "Suggestions to stimulate economic recovery for Bermudians once Shelter in Place ends"

When all businesses, having close physical client contact, will be allowed to reopen, I would suggest that the Government put in place an Official "Mandatory Safety Protocol" that staff and clients will be obliged to follow. For instance, I am concerned that some retailers will not be prepared to open their doors and have all social distancing measures in place. Business owners need to protect their staff and clients. Maybe the Government can assist employers in getting masks, gloves and hand sanitisers (at the expense of the business). I work in a store where you need to stand very close to our clients. I would like to be sure my employer will have all supplies available in May or June...Also a Government memo would have more weight when we have to face a client who does not want to comply and respect the measures.
Thank you
