Dyna Energy welcomes the opportunity to respond to Bermuda’s draft National Electricity Sector Policy (NESP 2026). We support the Government’s objective of delivering an electricity system that is affordable, reliable, equitable and lower carbon, and we recognise the structural challenges associated with operating an isolated island grid.
As a participant in Bermuda’s offshore wind tender, we offer the comments in the attached submission which support a policy framework that is clear, investable, and aligned with least-cost system outcomes.
