No Smoking Perimeter

it should be prohibited to smoke within some effective perimeter (6-8 meters?) of another person’s residence. In low-rise condominium/apartment communities, in particular, chain smokers can pose both a serious nuisance and a real health hazard to close neighbours by continually polluting their air with cigarette smoke.
