Non-Bermudians on jury service.

It seems unjust to ask a non-Bermudian to sit on a jury and vote on a person’s guilt or lack of, when they do not have the right to vote on any other civil matter. BOTC holders (and maybe PRC) should be allowed to vote in elections and as a return duty should then be requested to sit on juries.
