Most of this has been said already. To reinforce ideas. I agree that a reduction in jury members may help say to 9. Having served on some very challenging cases that took 2 + months limiting number of times to serve would be good. Not necessarily fair to ask guest workers to serve when they have no other real rights in legal matters viz elections. One thing that might help is to find a way to combat bias in jury selections (gender, appearance, race)

@Holly Barany , have you been called up to jury service more than once? It seems some people are being called repeatedly, while others are never called.
