April 3 2020 the IMF took funds from a "war chest" and announced that the world is in a recession. 1Trillion$ to protect the world economy during this Covid19 pandemic. Governments have asked for sacrifice, and the fear of the pandemic allows people to willingly give sacrifice. And incourages others to willingly sacrifice.
The economical financial interest ( lock downs, testing, society's immunity).
Lock downs have been monitored by police and RBR. Testing is being met with testing supplies arriving eachweek. We are not at the stage to know our countries immunity. But when we do this process will need to be monitored. The world is at war with a virus and the country that is able to prevent economic breakdown will set a standard for the world. Monitoring of a citizens biological status maybe the only solution to get to global recovery. Biological Monitoring Devices may be needed if a person is found to be a carrier. The overall objective to protect a nation should not be greater then one's choice to reject any such device
