Post shelter in place
From "Suggestions to stimulate economic recovery for Bermudians once Shelter in Place ends"
Go to the project
We must come out of shelter in place very slowly , with several individuals still in quarantine and only half the positive cases recovered - another month of evening curfews, restricted shopping days, limited community movement is acceptable with ,social distancing, and all other health preventive measures to remain in place until a vaccine is available - if we are our brother and sisters keepers then this is a small price to pay to save lives - businesses to open gradually after they have met all health and safety standards - thus business owners, hotels and all establishments need to meet to adopt and then implement the new norm - visible hand sanitizer available to all patrons on entering buildings , at elevators, in public restrooms and public workspaces patrons , employees and employers to wear face masks wherever possible providing staff with the necessary ppe to conduct their jobs effectively - opening the borders should also be done only if we are able ensure arriving guests are healthy and virus free - take temperatures or have airlines check passports and health certificates prior to boarding - so much more to say but I trust the government will work through this in the best interest of the bermuda people
