Bermuda needs desperately to open up property restrictions to overseas and expats also relax immigration laws and procedures.
Promote idea of open immigration for those who work online around world. A permit for people that work overseas but can be resident her. Encourage Call Centers, IT support hubs, from around the world. It will benefit all locals aswell.
We will badly need investment on island, bums on seats here!! Simple ecomonics,
We have to rationalize the expensie of Govt, its crazy --- outsource services as all anyone can see coming is further tax rises to try and cover crazy govt salaries.
Govt salaries should be reduced in line with all that private sector is taking a hit on at least - 20%.
I'm sure most other people have suggested this.
