On pg 3 of the Explanatory Memorandum the Bill is described as replacing the 1974 Act with comprehensive scheme of "residential and agricultural" landlord-tenant matters. However, the draft text and definitions appear to address residential tenancies only; I can not find any definitions operative provisions relating to agricultural lettings. Please clarify the policy intent and either remove "agricultural" from the memorandum or add clear definitions and clauses if agricultural tenancies are indeed with scope.
