Retirement Village

Choose one of the schools that have closed and sell off the property to a developer who must build a retirement village. The village should consist of small homes for seniors who are capable of self support, sheltered homes connected to an onsite concierge and a facility for full senior support. The village design must be approved by government before the sale and planning approval and financing in place before sell off. Contract completion dates to be determined and subject to penalty clause.
