What is being done to enforce regulations across the island to Landlords not following the fact that well water is "Prohibited" and should not be used for showering or drinking and should not be running through the kitchen and bathroom. How can we as residents (tenants) get resolution if dealing with these issues that are putting our health at risk? Can someone who has answers provide them here because why do landlords feel that this is ok? What are our options here....clearly complaining is not doing anything!

    Per what the UK has in place, unlimited penalties - ensure there is more investment, stronger regulation and tougher enforcement across the system.
