The park overall is not in bad shape. Simple improvements can be implemented;
More waste disposal bins and emptying of these bins on a regular basis.
MORE PARKING.
Infrastructure upgrades to dilapidated buildings can be phased in over time with multiuse indoor community space(s) incorporated. Additional parking will be required for the building(s).
The gated area should have set times when the gate is open/closed as this will eliminate people driving/riding around the road and eroding foliage elsewhere.
More benches spread around the park.
Pruning of invasive trees and planting of native/endemic species in areas to enhance the park
