In conjunction with the proposed marijuana legislation, consideration should be given to the overall smoking (tobacco included) laws of this island. Public smoking of all forms should be illegal unless within a designated area or ones private house. Smoking only within the confines of ones closed vehicle, no smoking while driving or riding a vehicle. A reinforcement of the no smoking in front of a building within the city limits. Should be amended to no smoking period within the city limits.
