Social Distancing and Family and (close) friends

I would like to see an ease on visitation for family members and close friends post shelter in place. Most of us in the community are fully aware of how we need to "behave" in the new world and as such are now conditioned to take extreme caution when dealing with people - such with family and friends. I would therefor suggest rolling out a testing scheme covering an individual member in a household to "kind of" certify the household being social responsible and in line with covid-19 best practices.
