As many businesses in Bermuda have not been ready for the change that has been cast upon them, I would suggest that they hire Senior high school students and college students who would normally be looking for a summer job to upgrade their computer systems, develop websites and ready them for more online browsing and shopping. Bermudian students are brilliant and very adept at the technology of today and ready for that of tomorrow. This also will allow local companies to recognize and support local talent for future employment.
