This is an item bought and was confiscated by Environmental Protection Office

• Before I begin, this is my argument to state that Spectracide 96115 Terminate Termite Detection and Killing stakes is safe. The reason why the purchased item was confiscated was because of Active ingredient: Hexaflumuron and possible harm to the environment and life.

Let's begin, this is a letter that I had emailed and hasn't received any response since which.

    I had purchased 1 box of: Spectracide 96115 Terminate Termite Detection and Killing Stakes and BOSS/Bda Express was the shipping carrier.

     The item was confiscated in July 2021 by the Office of Environmental Protection.

     May I appeal my case with some factual evidence that the termite stakes are safe when used as instructed.  Contact Roach bait trays contain Hydramethylnon which harmful as well unless used as instructed by what is label on the box.

       Please may I submit evidence in favour of the consumer of Spectracide 96115 Terminate Termite Detection and Killing Stakes.
