Let me start by saying I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I think it is unfair to decriminalize weed but allow employers to still drug test. The practice should be the same as with alcohol. If a worker shows up high they should be sent home no pay and get a warning. However, if they smoke on Friday evening and Saturday but show up for work clear minded on Monday it should be none of the employers business.
