Sell crumbling properties

Michael Brangman•6 years ago There are a number of houses across the island falling apart. Wedco is sitting on acres of crumbling former apartment buildings. Bermuda housing corporation is sitting on Grand Atlantic and millions of dollars worth of properties. There should be a program to begin selling crumbling properties owned by government to Bermudians and as well ones over a certain price to overseas investors with their investment tied to granting PRC status. Also, there should be a scheme where privately owned properties can be connected with potential bidders as it is difficult to find information on owners in many cases. This can provide stamp duty and jobs in construction. This can attract inwards investment as well
