Pay Transparency

Tiffany Pitt•2 weeks ago I fully agree with pay transparency. Many employees ask your expected salary range, bring you in for an interview, then tell you that they cannot meet your salary expectations. By providing the salary range up front it will eliminate many applicants from applying and wasting our time.
