Blue Prosperity Plan

This form is available for the public to respond to the Final Draft Blue Prosperity Plan. The Final Draft Blue Prosperity Plan was developed with community input as part of the Bermuda Ocean Prosperity Programme (BOPP).

All public submissions will be considered by a Review Panel separate from BOPP. The Review Panel will provide the Deputy Premier and Minister of Home Affairs, the Hon. Walter Roban, JP, MP a recommendation on whether and how to incorporate received submissions into the final text for the Blue Prosperity Plan.

How to Submit Comments to the Review Panel

Step 1:

PLEASE NOTE: you DO NOT need to have a Dropbox account in order to access or download this form. The form is simply stored on a Dropbox account. You will be directed to a page where you can download the submission form. The download button will look similar to this (depending on which internet browser you use):

When you click on this icon, the form will be downloaded to your computer (usually to your downloads folder), where you can then open it and complete it per the instructions. If you continue to have issues, navigate back to the homepage of the Blue Prosperity Plan on the Government Citizens Forum and you can find a link to the fillable form there.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to print a paper version of the form please download this version, complete it, and place it in the box outside and to the left of the main entrance of the DENR Botanical Garden offices. Note that your name and contact information must be included and your handwriting must be legible, otherwise the Review Panel will be unable to fully understand your submission in its entirety.

Step 2:

Attach the form in an email with your comments to msp@gov.bm. If your comments are short, you may place them in the body of the email. If your comments are longer (more than 1 page), you should include them as a separate attachment with the email (please use .doc, .docx, or .pdf files only.)

You will receive an email receipt confirming the Panel has received your submission.

Don't forget:

*Your comments must contain the submission form AND your comments in order to be complete.

*All comments must be submitted to msp@gov.bm. No submissions are being accepted directly through the Government Citizens Forum
