The Landlord and Tenant Act 2025
Following public consultation on the draft Landlord and Tenant Bill, which concluded October 31, 2025, the Ministry of Home Affairs has compiled the feedback and released it on the Bermuda Government’s Citizen’s Forum Hub as pledged.
The Ministry extends its sincere thanks to the broad range of stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, real estate professionals, legal practitioners, and advocacy groups, who contributed their views to this process.
